- If you downgrade to a lower-priced plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then. No partial refunds or credits are issued for the difference.
- We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use sparkyminis.com to: violate any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights; upload malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
